Due: by midnight, Sunday, January 14. Please e-mail the completed assignment to me as an
attached Word file. In the subject line of your e-mail, please put Lit 271. Assume the character of Gilgamesh
represents all humanity. Further, assume that his nature and his
experiences are attempts to define human nature and humankind’s relationship
to God, the gods, a higher power, and/or an inscrutable universe. Identify and discuss two of Gilgamesh’s qualities and/or
experiences that might be generalized to humankind and explain what each
reflects about our nature and our relationship to forces we do not understand
or control. Note: Please

part determine the points you earn.
