Fifteen Minute Activity

!Write a paragraph or two about your experience during the group discussion. (Feel free to vent honestly--no one will read your entry, but you will receive points for it at the First Journal Check.)

Begin by writing honestly about your behavior, participation, and contributions (or lack of them) to your group. Do you consider yourself to have been a contributing member? If so, what did you contribute? If not, why not. Describe your range of feelings during the group activity. Feel free to write whatever comes to mind.

Finish by asking yourself if you are “group” person or not. If you are, why do you like group discussions? If you are not, would you want to be, and if you had to be a “group” person, what skills would you need to refine?
