Jim McLean
SCC Business Law/International Business Instructor
Jim
McLean earned his B.A., M.Ed., and J.D. from Gonzaga University. He also earned his L.L.M. (international law) from Georgetown University.
He is a practicing attorney with a worldwide client base concentrating on business and immigration law with an emphasis on immigration and
international issues as they pertain to NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement). Mr. McLean is also a published author with articles
appearing in the Northwestern Journal of International Law and Business and the Loyola of Los Angeles International Comparative
Law Journal. In addition to teaching business law and international business at Spokane Community College, he has served as an adjunct
professor at Gonzaga University School of Law teaching advanced legal research and writing.
