officers, 94 non-commissioned officers, and 9 civilian support personnel
- Governing all support functions necessary for the efficient operation of
the squadron to include:
- Establishing a positive Air Force public image throughout the state
- Managing an annual operating budget of $751,800
- Creation of positive change:
- Led 364th Recruiting Squadron to the following accomplishments over a
3 year period:
- Directed 10% increase in Air Force enlistment production resulting in
strongest Air Force recruitment from Northern and Central California in
the history of Air Force Recruiting Service
- Increased Minority Officer Candidate recruiting 500% resulting in #1
program in Air Force Recruiting
- Increased Officer Candidate recruiting 125% resulting in #1 program
for the Western United States Group (14 states)
- Fashioned #1 Recruiter Resource and Support (logistics, finance,
administrative, and personnel) program for the Western United States Group
- Formulated #1 Advertising and Promotion program for the Western United
