Bill Powers
has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Communications from the University of California, Fullerton. He has also completed graduate work in
audio/visual production at Eastern Washington University. He has worked for several local television stations (KSPS, KREM, KHQ, 22) as a
producer/director, camera operator, engineer, and On-Air master control. He has owned and operated his own video production company since January
1986. As an adjunct instructor, Bill has taught television production classes at Spokane Falls Community College as well as business and management
classes at both the Falls and Spokane Community College. Bill has continuously held a variety of management positions and worked with numerous
organizations since moving to Spokane in 1976.
